دوستان در مورد این جمله: برداشت من اینه که regardless داره F1 or other اشاره می‌کنه، نه به این که شما engage کردی یا نه. داره می‌گه با هر استاتوسی که بودن ولی شرکت کردن، چوب تو استینش می‌کنیم. همچنان همون خبر قبلیه و چیز ترسناکی به نظر من نیست.

کاش میشد به هر نوجوونی که آرزوی مهاجرت داره بگم‌ که حقوق بخونه دیروز حس کردم قراره اخراج بشم،‌ شروع کردم به اپلای کردن برای کار جدید امروز دو تا مصاحبه گرفتم کار برای فارغ التحصیلای حقوق تو آمریکا ریخته واقعا،‌ همیشه خدا hiring دارن‌

@Leily_rmd نکته اینه که تغییر استتوس از اچ‌وان‌بی به اف‌وان خودش مستلزم تأیید uscis ه و اونم پازه. این راه برای کسایی که الردی روی اف‌وانن خیلی راه خوبیه.

@MaarlaaSingerr فکر‌‌ کنم تا جایی که یادمه شما‌ میخواستین h1b رو اکستند کنین، بنظرم اگه وضعیت پاز عوض نشد،‌ یه مستر دیگه رو cpt day 1 رو در نظر بگیرین حتما، تقریبا همه دوستای من‌ که h1b انتخاب نشدن همین کارو کردن پارسال

@MaarlaaSingerr آره سر فاند که شخصا پدرم دراومد و آخرشم مجبور شدم وام با سود سنگین بگیرم :)) ولی بنظرم می ارزید عزیزم من هنوز رو opt هستم، بار اگزم دادم و الان منتظر نتیجه آزمون فوریه ام، دارم به عنوان post bar law clerk کار میکنم فعلا ویزای H1B انتخاب نشدم و قراره از جولای برم رو cpt day 1 :(

I need to talk about this. I moved to US 4.5 years ago to go to Kellogg. Got my MBA and now I work at a top consulting firm averaging 75+ hours a week helping some of the biggest American companies grow. That is literally all I do and think about - how to make these businesses better. And I'm not unique in this. There are thousands of Iranians in this country doing exactly the same. Engineers, doctors, researchers, founders. People who came here the right way, jumped through every hoop, and just work. Really, really hard. But this USCIS hold has frozen everything in their lives. Green cards, H-1Bs, OPT for students graduating in weeks... even spouses of American citizens can't get their cases processed. People who've been here for years and did nothing wrong. And the part that kills me is I'm hearing from really talented friends that they are seriously looking at leaving for Canada or UK. These are people America invested in and should be fighting to keep, and instead we're pushing them out the door. How does that make any sense? How is this good for America? #LiftTheHold #USCISHold #LiftThePause

همین چیزی که چند روز پیش گفتم… تا جایی که می‌دونم اینجاهارو می‌گردن: ۱. گالری (مخصوصا تاریخ ۱۸ و ۱۹ دی) ۲. recently deleted ۳. اینستاگرم (پست، استوری، چت‌ها، آرشیو) ۴. ایکس (پست‌ها و چت‌ها) ۵. اس‌ام‌اس ۶. تلگرام (چت‌ها، آرشیو، و saved messages) ۷. واتس‌اپ (مثل تلگرام) نکته: اگه برای امثال وحید آنلاین چیزی فرستاده‌باشید حکم محاربه و جاسوسی اسراییل هم می‌گیرید. اگه تو یه دونه‌ی اینا چیزی پیدا کنن، از جیبشون مواد در می‌آرن حکم اونم می‌کنن تو پاچه‌تون. مراقب باشید. با مادرجنده‌ترین حیوانات تاریخ بشر طرفیم.

این ویدیوی شش سال پیش را ببینید، از خوشحالی گریه‌ام گرفت، از عدالتی که اجرا شد. بله من خوشحالم که پسر معصومه ابتکار در آمریکا بازداشت شد. یادت هست خانم گروگان‌گیر چقدر تحقیرم کردی! رفته بودم اینجا ، جلوی سفارت سابق ایران ایستادم تا به تحقیرت پاسخ بدهم؛ وقتی گفتی: «این دختره مسیح هر روز درباره پسرم دروغ می‌گه. پسرم مثل بقیه دانشجوها رفته آمریکا درس بخونه و برمی‌گرده ایران.» خانم گروگان‌گیر، پسرت برنگشت. او ماند در کشوری که تو شیطان بزرگ صدایش کردی و از دیوار سفارتش بالا رفتی و یک ملت را بدبخت کرد. او از همان آزادی‌هایی بهره برد که تو و امثال تو در ایران از مردم دریغ می‌کنید. و ما هم کوتاه نیامدیم. افشا کردیم. فشار آوردیم. ایستادیم تا این روز برسد. او‌ به ایران برنگشت خب ما تلاش کردیم کردیم دولت ترامپ او را به به آغوش جنایتکارانی چون تو برگرداند. از هم‌آغوشی پسرت لذت ببر چون تو مادران و پدران بسیاری را از آغوش فرزندان‌شان محروم کردی. تو و همپالگی‌هایت هزاران خانواده‌ی ایرانی را به آغوش خاک سپردید، آواره و آغوش ممنوع‌مان کردید. این فقط درباره اخراج یک نفر از خاک آمریکا نیست. این درباره پایان دادن به ریاکاری یک رژیم قاتل و فاسد است. نمی‌شود در ایران آزادی را خفه کرد و در آمریکا از آن لذت برد

Many brilliant Iranian students came to the United States with nothing but their dreams, their talent, and their respect for the law. They believed in the promise of this country, a place where hard work, freedom, and merit matter. Today, many of those same students and immigrants are living in fear and uncertainty because of the #USCISPause . These are people who followed every rule, respected every law, and have absolutely no connection to the Iranian regime. Yet their lives, their careers, and their futures are now hanging in limbo. Most strongly oppose the Islamic regime and support the goal of a strong and secure USA under President Trump and your leadership. Over the past few months, many have faced serious hardship due to the USCIS hold. They are here legally and often hold advanced degrees. Returning them to Iran would place them in danger and risk sending highly trained experts in strategic fields back to the Iranian regime. Mr. @SecMullinDHS, as you step into your new position I ask you to provide particular consideration to the status of Iranian students and professionals in the United States who may be at risk of immigration complications due to Presidential Proclamations 10949 and 10998. Many of these individuals fled the Islamic Republic’s because they believe in freedom, democracy, and the values this country stands for. They are also contributing to the United States every day. They arrived in this country legally, followed the rules, respect this country and its system of law and order and are among the most dedicated and accomplished contributors to American society. I ask that you and your department consider these factors, plus the personal and political risk many of these young people would face if sent back to the criminal regime in Iran. America’s concerns for its national security and the threat posed by the Islamic regime to the homeland are entirely justified. To that end, my office stands ready to provide you and your colleagues with regime operatives, propaganda agents, and influence networks for investigation and removal from the United States.
