@DisBeforeAfter Idc tbh anything is a better fit in the Disney parks than Avatar. Zootopia makes strong commercial sense. Maybe just maybe Disney see the sense here.

Everyone online needs to chill with wanting Zootopia land to replace every project at every Disney park. It is a very attractive land in person but the ride is a hot mess - screens, open spaces, random. It’s also hot and urban which is not good in the summer. #Disneyland #Zootopia

@DomDuoE @Sami_Parks What other franchises are you comparing to? I just can’t believe Star Wars fans were given 2 Galaxy Edge and still complain of not having enough? You’ve had a very generous slice of the budget pie and I think other things need to be given a chance now. Lion King is a good step.

@MacsenRed @Sami_Parks Faux, à part 3 attractions dans un land qui n'est même pas dans le thème, et des produits un peu partout dans le parc, Star Wars n'a pas une forte présence par rapport aux autres franchises.

Another thing that stood out to me was how Disneyland puts rare characters behind a paywall at After Dark events, but at the Tokyo parks they're just roaming around. It's so much better.

J'ai vraiment le sentiment que les nouvelles rumeurs sur la Californie — qui passerait d'un projet Avatar à Zootopia — reviennent à avouer à demi-mot que Paris co-finance finalement la R&D, comme à l'époque précédant le rachat par la TWDC.

Pour moi on aura malheureusement un land zootopie et pas avatar pour DAW, sachant qu’en plus ils ont dit que la prochaine attraction ne sera pas aquatique alors que avatar c’est une attraction aquatique (en tout cas en californie) Après oui je vois pas vraiment le lien directement entre leur changement de land et nous, mais c’est une raison possible

For some reason that even I can't figure out, I don't like Zootopia. So I shouldn't be in any conversations about this. But I will say that I really don't think a clone of "Hot Pursuit" should exist in the U.S. at all, and definitely not in a resort that has Rise or MMRR.

DLP fans desperately want a new ride in Parc Disneyland, rightfully so, but when it happens they’re still be mad bc whatever they do (an IP-based land with one ride), fans will hate it & claim it doesn’t fit. The park has barely changed since 92 and WDI doesn’t build like in 92.

Disney is reportedly debating shifting away from its AVATAR expansion at Disney California Adventure Park. The Park operations team prefers ZOOTOPIA because the ride system would be easier to maintain, whereas AVATAR would require a water-treatment facility. (thewrap.com/creative-conte…)
