@michellehall_az @AmericanAir The only way I got my compensation for an issue was completed a Better Business Butueau compliant with the emails and names of people of who had email me. Within a day Inhad an email response saying that my check had been mailed.

Just had my second phone call with @AmericanAir about our flight cancelation on Sunday. First, we were delayed for maintenance. Then, they canceled us for weather. And now they are saying that the maintenance issues were related to weather. Anything to get out of compensating us.
