When you use hashtags with multiple words and don't include capital letters screen readers get confused, and then so do people who use screen readers. A quick tip that can make a big difference #AccessibilityTipOfTheWeek

Don't overcomplicate things! If 3 words will do, don't use 20. This is helpful for everyone: it makes things more accessible for people who struggle to understand complicated language, and it's quicker and easier for others. It just makes sense. #AccessibilityTipOfTheWeek
