Been using the Brick. Haven’t used social media much at all for the last 2 days. Has been a massive unlock in my ability to stay present, productivity and honestly reduce anxiety. So much unnecessary brain slop you can get sucked into. One downside is you miss the “big” events that are happening in real time but honestly don’t mind getting caught up via news alerts instead. Back to shutting down. Brain needed the reset!
