If the loan term passes and you haven't repaid, your collateral is liquidated and the debt's wiped. You keep the SOL you borrowed.
The bot DMs you warnings as your health drops, so you've usually got plenty of time to top up, extend, or just close it out.
Your on-chain credit score takes a hit too (worse LTV + fees on future loans)

@Roryhopkins_ @MagpieLoans No I know what the term loaned means my dude. I was hoping hes go further about what happens with the collateral coins. I e do they get sold and then those profits go back into the coin or the holders hands. Was hoping hed incorporate them into the rev share

We originally had it set up like that, but the @phantom wallets kept giving “Malicious Scam” disclaimers when connecting the wallet and wouldn’t let many transactions execute.
We reached out to provide proof that our site was safu, but they said it could take weeks to update it.
So we’re starting with TG right now, until further notice.

I think when and if you move away from telegram as our main control over our loans etc Make these options available on the website as well as keep them on telegram for more multi user potential, traders still use tele but having the options available directly through the website looks very good, I’m excited for the future of this…
