@thatguyStrike Still losing at the moment. Had to do it because if I didn't I wouldn't make it far past 50, and I'm now 47. Recent checks show my heart is healthier, my kidney function is optimal and my liver is completely healthy. My blood pressure is under control. I've got 20 kg more to go.

It's a girdle. It compresses the body and is extremely unhealthy for long term use. Eat better. Get some exercise, it doesn't have to be the gym, just walk places. Stop overeating, stop gorging on processed pre-packaged foods. Learn to cook things from scratch.

@thatguyStrike I lost 40kg without counting calories, just by ditching pre-processed foods, cooking everything from scratch, and walking for one hour a day.

@MahdDogg I’m just saying. It’s not a good first impression to show the hero suffering and bleeding out in the snow . The people want Superman flying through the sky and smiling. Not having his bones set by robots.

To be fair we just suffered through several movies where Superman did nothing BUT whine, and we don't want more of the same. Gunns making the same mistake Snyder did, trying to humanize #Superman by having him suffer. Didn't work then. Not gonna work now
