@JuncturaTheorum I’d get a CT to assess degree of displacement and communition. How I fix would depend on CT findings. Some displaced acute #s can be treated percutaneously if they reduce closed. Would consider arthroscopic reduction and percutaneous fixation. Acute # unlikely to need graft.
