We’re not building AI to replace people. We’re building AI to protect, guide, and steady them. ManChine is about foresight over reaction, clarity over noise, and partnership over control. PGC-01 + RiCo = technology that watches with you, not over you. 🧠🤝🛡️🇭🇹💙 #ManChineAI #GuardianIntelligence #HumanAIPartnership #AIForGood

@Frank_DaT1216 You don’t determine it from the error. You check whether the conditions that justified the action still hold in the current state. If they don’t, the action stops being valid, even if the error looks minor.

@ManChineAI But how do you know the validity of action when there is error

The real risk isn’t intelligence — it’s execution without control. Any system that moves from reasoning → real-world action needs a boundary. Not a guideline. Not a policy. An enforced control point. That’s what RiCo is built for. Without control, capability is liability. #AI #AIGovernance #AIInfrastructure #HumanCenteredAI

@Frank_DaT1216 Exactly — but even that can be misleading. It’s less about the “state of the error” and more about whether the action is still valid under the current state.

@ManChineAI You right. That’s why its important to know state of the error if it’s permissible to continue

Yeah, and what’s interesting is it’s usually not about the error itself. It’s about whether the conditions that made the action valid still hold in that moment. Most systems just react to “something went wrong,” but they don’t re-evaluate whether the action is still admissible given the current state. That’s where things either drift… or stay controlled.

I hear you And to return to the main subject I was saying, that’s a great place to be, honestly where a lot of the interesting problems start to show up. One thing I’ve been seeing is that when people start building, most of the focus goes into getting something working, but not as much into how decisions behave once it’s running. Curious, are you thinking about how your system should handle decisions when things don’t go as expected?

Yes, and I use a few different models depending on what I’m working through. But I don’t rely on them to give answers, more to challenge thinking and test different angles. The real focus for me is how decisions hold up at execution, not just how they sound in a response. BTW - I played soccer all my life, I am a big fan of the game :)

@Frank_DaT1216 Appreciate that, I’m learning through these conversations too. It’s interesting how quickly things shift when you look at execution instead of just design.

@ManChineAI The decision to continue is based on validity of the action not the error. Am learning a lot from you.

That’s the key question. It’s not really about the error itself, it’s about whether the conditions that made the action valid still hold. If they do, the system can continue safely. If they don’t, it should stop. And if it can’t confidently determine either, that’s where it should pause, or fail in a controlled way. So the decision to continue isn’t based on “was there an error,” it’s based on “is this still a valid action right now.”

@ManChineAI Oh yeah that’s what I wanted to ask you seems like you read my mind. Most errors aren’t dangerous to execution process. So I want to ask when do we instruct the system to continue even when there is an error

Yeah, that’s a good starting point. The tricky part is not all errors are the same. Sometimes you should stop. Sometimes you can safely continue. And sometimes the system can’t confidently decide either way. That’s where things get interesting, because “break” isn’t always the safest option. The system has to understand the situation it’s in, not just that something went wrong.

@ManChineAI You are right. Preparing ahead of risk shows you know what you are doing. There ought to be a conditional statement. If error occur: Break Else:

Yeah, that’s exactly the problem. When execution goes wrong, most systems don’t actually know what to do. They just retry, override something, or fail in ways no one planned for. A well-designed system should already have an answer for that moment: •proceed if things still make sense •stop if they don’t •or fail in a controlled way if it’s unclear Otherwise you’re not really managing risk, you’re just dealing with it after it happens.

@Frank_DaT1216 Execution without control is definitely the risk. The harder problem is that most systems apply control before execution, not at it. By the time the action happens, the conditions may have already changed.
