Almost 9 months of a productive gaining phase for me is done. Almost all lifts went up! Average cals - 3500 ish (4000 on lifting days, 3000 on rest days) Now it's time to lose some body fat. Although I'm still about 13-15% right now. Running on 2700 cals this first week. Dinner's just 500 cals 🥹.

Tried this for the first time today. The weight is light, but the contraction is unreal. Definitely adding this to my back days.

Building on this. The dumbell didn't rise high enough but that'll cleanup in the next 6 weeks. Puts every part of your back to work.
