I do think that we need to be coming up with a solution to follow up and make sure there are resources to help athletes with their transition. It is tough and unafordable to access the kind of rehab or help needed sometimes. How can we better support our athletes in transition?

Then ask the women, give them a role or a way to be involved. Help them learn, push them and challenge them. Regional camps. Basic skills camps/sessions used as resources for develooment. The women are perfect for this and are keen!
