@calmedseas @atensnut @VansOnSnickers Well I just voted 10 minutes ago, for Barry Moore. It’s a rainy day here in central Alabama and voter turnout still looks impressive for a runoff election. 👍
English

@MarkZemblanity @atensnut @VansOnSnickers That is precisely what they want people to think.....so they don't go vote thinking they already missed it....it's called "election rigging".
English

🚨🚨What the Absolute Fuck? This election isn’t until tomorrow.
Paul Streinhauser??? Please explain.

🚨Weird News: A deleted Fox News article briefly claimed that Jared Hudson had defeated Trump-endorsed Barry Moore in Alabama’s Republican Senate runoff despite the election not taking place until tomorrow. The article was quickly removed.

@AmandaDaltx What’s even better than titty freckles? Glistening titty freckles! 🔥💦👏🏼😉

@SkylarSkye3 Oddly too, it’s about 880 miles from east to west Texas and also 880 miles from the extreme south to north Texas.

@Piper01100001 Not just 2026. That’s actually the entire history of democrats.

@donna_heintzman Military showers. Somebody trying to profit on something that’s already free. 🤷♂️🤣😳🇺🇸

@LeslieAKillian @tina_spitfire Saddle blankets come in handy for many types of tasks. 👍
English

@tina_spitfire Have to put a blanket on it. Too itchy for me.

@h_e_p_56 @SkylarSkye3 She ain’t met Alabama cowboys yet. We say ma’am, hold the door open, pull out her chair at the table, but still behave badly enough to keep her fire going. 🔥🤠🇺🇸
English

@SkylarSkye3 Those cowboys are like burrs, very hard to shake once they latch on!

@greengirlbella_ If you haven’t already, you need to try some alligator tail, authentic boudin and crawfish Etouffee.

@BamaSaltyMarine Hell no! I want to savor that aroma! I call it aromatherapy. 🤠🤣👍

You’re right. I’m not sure if I know exactly what it means. I quit alcohol completely and over the last 3 years I’ve quit all pharmaceutical medications. That’s been a major change but I have more energy and feel much better. My brain isn’t capable of meditating and I still fall victim to poor diet choices. Fortunately I stay busy, go to the gym several times a week and very active outdoors so I’m able to burn off extra calories. 🔥👍🤠
English

@MarkZemblanity When somebody mentions lifestyle change idk if they actually know what that really means 🤣😂🤣😘

2019 and Today. I just took it. No AI at all. ❤️💞❤️
I started intermittent fasting in 2022. I eat in a 6 to 8 hour window. I swim and do yoga, weights and meditate. That's it.
In 2019 I was on cholesterol meds, thyroid meds, RA meds ( methotrexate and sulfasalazine, prednisone) prozac, and had just been diagnosed pre diabetic.
260 to 212lbs
Today....
I'm currently on ZERO meds.
I took myself off of everything on March 1st.
My RA is not only in remission it's gone dormant. If I make a solid 6 months off the RA meds it's officially dormant. It's not a life sentence. Never believe that!
I've never made it this far, I never make it past a month off the drugs before I literally cannot walk and I'm in so much pain Id rather exit earth.
I'm in month 4 of no RA meds. No flares, no pain, no inflammation. RA cannot be cured but you can put it back to non active.
I changed my entire life. Who I am. My relationship to food, my family, and most of all myself ..all of it. I've done the work. The results are fucking incredible. Not the physical appearance... My health.
I look younger, my energy level is crazy, I'm sleeping well and I'm ridiculously happy. No cap. No depression at all. I was concerned about that until the prozac washed out.
I feel better than I have in 10 years. I'm going hiking this weekend!! Hiking!! Outside and everything!! 🤭🤭
This is not medical advice. At all. I just never accepted it. And knew I could fight my way out.
I was in the same meds for a body I no longer had. And I decided to take myself off of it all. After the 6 months off the RA meds I'm getting a full blood panel done to see how it's all going.
Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
I'm not posting this for attention, I'm posting this for anyone else out there in the same boat. You don't have to stay in the boat. You are allowed to question absolutely everything. You are allowed to take complete charge of your health and of your well being. You are allowed to thrive without big Pharma.
Thanks for reading! I'll update y'all in a few months.
Thank you for being a part of my journey!!! ❤️❤️❤️

@krassenstein Did you happen to do any research before you posted this? That’s a standard method used for keeping pond water clean. Do you think they spent millions more on peroxide or something? What’s your issue here?
