@GuntherEagleman @sleepberri We moved to SD three years ago so we never voted for him. But at our next election? We are definitely voting him The F’k Out!!!

Completely agree. Third-world culture and their pagan, demonic rituals need to stay over in their third-world countries.

@silvernt @AliceIn1776 @1Nicdar I wish it wasn’t late for us since we settled. There has got to be another avenue for people like us. I had to leave my job due to a medical disability. Now she is the sole breadwinner at less than half of what she was making. Sorry, just had to vent. Thanks

@Markmsb2 @AliceIn1776 @1Nicdar Been there with my husband. Can’t say a lot due to ongoing. But there aren’t too many attorneys who know what they’re doing in these cases.

$12.69 MILLION verdict — fired for her faith
A federal jury in Detroit just awarded $12.69M to Lisa Domski, a longtime IT specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, after she was fired for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine on religious grounds.
Domski, a devout Catholic with over 30 years at the company, requested a religious exemption because she believed the vaccines were developed or tested using fetal cell lines from abortions — conflicting with her faith that views abortion as a grave sin.
The verdict breaks down as:
• $10 million in punitive damages against BCBSM
• $1 million for emotional distress
• ~$1.69 million in lost wages (back pay + future earnings)

Sometimes something is so good, I have to immediately share it with you - enjoy. You’re welcome.

@AcresofHistory @1Nicdar Insane. Sorry. And good for you for standing your ground.

@Barbara07118815 @1Nicdar We did. Shitty attorney who dragged the case out then bullied all the plaintiffs to take a very low settlement. I completely support her decision to not take the jab.
English

Yes. I fully support her decision to not take the jab. We will get by. We hired a shitty attorney who made a deal with Mayo and bullied all of his clients into taking a tiny settlement. Completely ruined our life’s plans. She’s making less than half of what she had been and I can’t work due to a medical condition. Sorry to vent but thank you for your encouragement and prayers.
English

Unfortunately we hired a shitty Attorney who dragged our case out for three years then forced all of the plaintiffs to settle for peanuts. We felt helpless at that point and settled. My wife was so exhausted by that point. I’m unable to work due to a medical issue. Now she makes less than half of what she made before. Sorry to vent but this completely destroyed our life’s plans. But thank you. We appreciate your encouragement.
