@AraDG11 @NfTcent @thenftattorney On the same front, anybody who’s friends or family with any of these project devs and bought in under some form of whitelist or early opportunity that puts them ahead of the public viewing, would be at risk of being charged with insider trading.

If the courts really find Nate from Opensea to have been “insider trading” in a formal legal opinion and definition… half of your favorite founders and their friends will also be at risk… and so much of this market will be as well… They should NOT extend that here. not great
