Today's meal is more than food; it's a place at our table where people may connect with friends, family, community, it's a place that you can call your own! It's about gathering in support of each other while enjoying a tasty meal! Thank you to everyone that made this possible!

Singing for Martha's -- Tom M and choir raised almost $320 on Sunday in Moscow Ontario for our meal programs! That's a spin on the old phrase--singing for your supper! Thank you all for your gift! Stay tuned for more details on Tom's next concert--you have to check it out!

You know it's Friday when the micro-greens are being harvested at Martha's! We have a new crop every week! The greens are added to at least one meal per day--they are so nutritious and tasty

Thank you to the "Coffee Time Group" from the west end for their ongoing support! They dropped off spices for our cooks, they had lunch, and donated funds for over 30 meals so that others may benefit! If your group would like to experience Martha's, call Ronda! 613 546 0320 x5
