@Davefis74643914 @carpermatty20 It’s happening everywhere now mate such a shame.iv just spent the weekend away with the wife hot tub on a lake told big carp had a boat and I see one carp all weekend walking and boating the lake.i said to the owners you’ve had otters but they say no guess don’t want to say

@MaskedCarper @carpermatty20 We think there’s a family of them on the river bank which is a small ditch and then the river right next to it there could be 4 or 5 otters there maybe more it’s a margin lake as really deep in middle still a lot of fish but the gooduns are going quick so unless fence it’s fucked

@Davefis74643914 @carpermatty20 She can apply for help with fencing with angling trust and Environment Agency I believe not sure how much they cover but worth telling her to save the lake👍🏻

@MaskedCarper @carpermatty20 The thing is the owner is in her late 70s farmer never had a fence she has a 2ft electric that’s never on and just won’t pay for it every year they hit her and she does nothing I’ve tried to tell her but she’s not having it such a shame still some originals from 90s in there

Little flurry of activity in the last hour led to 3 more fish on the bank, with them getting bigger with each fish. Nicely scaled 18lb was the pick of the bunch, all falling to a pair of tigernuts and a @GodmanAngling pva mesh stick of pellet and boilie. Lovely day carping 🎣

Finally got back out fishing after a brutal winter on the rivers. The carp were on the feed and I managed to land three, with the biggest going 25.06. Great to be back
