The point is, the current Roblox Support system doesn't collect additional data or ask questions to get a better understanding of the situation. Instead, they extend the ticket to delay their response and later reply with a formal message stating they found nothing. Ridiculous.

It's quite traumatizing that the modern support system can simply just ignore your claims and pretend to be listening and later on deny your claim as they can excuse it with "nothing was found" by simply checking nothing. How is this even legal?
