Had a ton of questions on how to get funds over to $ROSE sapphire network to get ahold of some $IX when it launches. Not to many good guides out there, so thought would be ideally share a small, easy to follow guide to get funds bridged ready to purchase first-movers on the network. 1. Create a ROSE wallet. Personally found the easiest solution is the wallet extension, far easier to setup and use. To set one up, follow the the link below: chrome.google.com/webstore/detai… 2. Setup your account. 3. Next is to purchase some main-net $ROSE tokens. Personally, never been a fan of using CEX's, and my go-to solution is Rocket X. Select the chain you want to buy from and the coin you want to use, to Oasis Network, and select Rose. 4. Before making the swap, you're going to need to locate your recipient address to receive your main net tokens in your ROSE wallet extension you previously setup. To find this, open the wallet and under your "Account 1" there is a "oasis" followed by a bunch of letters and numbers address. Copy that and paste it in the recipient address and click Cross Chain swap back on Rocket X. 5. The process from bridging funds from a network to the Oasis wallet extension will take anywhere between 5 - 15 minutes. 6. Once your tx is confirmed, you'll have your amount purchased uder the "Total" and "Available" sections in the Oasis web wallet. From here, you'll need to move them over to the Sapphire network to start purchasing on ROSE. 7. Setup and configure the Sapphire Network on Metamask or any web3 wallet extension you use. You can auto add the chain with the link below, or you can copy the details in yourself: oasisprotocol.org/ecosystem Network name - Oasis Sapphire Network URL - sapphire.oasis.io Chain ID - 23294 Currency symbol - ROSE 8. Once configured on Metamask or your favoured web3 wallet, copy your metamask wallet address you want the funds bridged to. This is your normal address and should start with an "0x" followed by a bunch of letters / numbers. 9. Head back to the Oasis wallet extension, and at the bottom tab it'll say "ParaTimes". Click that. 10. You want to locate the "Sapphire" menu, and click "To ParaTime" and paste your metamask wallet address you just copied and click next. 11. Within a couple of minutes, the transaction should arrive and you should have your funds on the Sapphire Network on Metamask, ready to start buying any first movers. illuminex.xyz/swap Lets print. Sure a lot of people are struggling to navigate the process to get the funds bridged over, if this helped you or think it can help someone else feel free to drop a RT.
