Man has mental illness. He is not aware what he is doing to saying. He needs help and needs to be brought to the hospital. 🏥 Then deported if illegal.
So many do not clearly see when a mental crisis is occurring. People could have escorted him (if necessary with force) to the hospital and severe violence may have potentially been avoided. 🙁
