OpenAI just announced GPT-4o: new flagship model that can reason across audio, vision, and text in real time. It is 50% cheaper and can respond to audio inputs with an average of 320 milliseconds (similar to human) and do live translations... Can wait to push #VoiceAI with it!

@MaxGdj It helps. But even that is complicated. Your top performers should make more.

Compensation is really tough: Folks that are underpaid resent it. Every week, often, every day. Folks that are overpaid just readjust to it. And often, don’t even think they are overpaid anymore. Whatever you do, be fair and eliminate bias. At least do that.
