@Flipp992Philip @exRhenum I'm a project manager but I have a flexible schedule that let's me work 2pm-10pm. I personally prefer having my mornings to myself at this stage. Just because they are at the gym in the morning doesn't mean they are not progressing in their careers.

@exRhenum I’m retired and go to the gym every weekday morning. Can’t believe how many men 20s-40s are there everyday too. This is usually 8:30-11:00 What do they do for a living? Why are they at the gym in their prime career development and earning years??? Don’t get it

Day2 I messed up again. Honestly, ever since I started journaling here on X, I’ve broken my own rules two days in a row — completely lost my discipline. Revenge trades everywhere… and in just two days I’ve wiped out the profits I built over the past two months. Time to face reality and reset my mindset. Tomorrow I’ll keep going, and if it takes months to earn it back, so be it. No more chasing losses with revenge trades. This is painfully ironic. I have no bias expect to make money, took 2 calls plays and 2 puts plays and won 4/4. Traded $FB $AMD $TSLA and $SPY. Made 923$ in 1 hr 45 min of work. Now time to celebrate my birthday today!!!
