@Parkerbees @Etsy Same! And I can’t get them to fix it! I’ve talked to at least 5 different reps and the last time they transferred me again the response was “this isn’t the email on the account”. On the same email chain repeatedly showing that Etsy was hacked.

Has anyone else had the experience of @Etsy just not caring when someone steals your account & has access to your credit cards & address? I can’t access my own account I’ve had over a decade and they’re allowing someone to have access to all my info and do nothing. It’s obscene.

@EmHoppel @Etsy I know this doesn’t help, but same thing happened to me. Etsy has repeatedly failed to help even once you do get ahold of them, and the hacker has like 300 sales now under my name, social, etc.

i have ingested more gushers in the past year than i have in my entire life that’s all. that’s the tweet. fyi
