Flood plain reconnection 🤝nutrient reduction With: 5 re-profiled bends 5 scrapes of 1000+m2 Two backwaters our work on this stretch of the Mease is nearing completion. These interventions store flood water on land & settle out silt, reducing nutrient pollution.
Great to see over 40 locals wanting to find out how we're planning to boost biodiversity and create a wetter, flood-buffering woodland near Edingale 🙌

This brook in Coton on Elms was destined for a concrete makeover, as the wood installation supporting the bank had become dilapidated.
