RESUMPTION OF STALLED SUAME INTERCHANGE PROJECT
I have become aware of the concerns raised by some residents in Kumasi regarding the stalled Suame Interchange Project.
Government cleared the outstanding debt owed the contractors based on certificates raised and not paid for since 2024.
Contractors to FULLY mobilise back to site next week to complete the project.
Thank you for your patience.
Together, we shall build better infrastructure for Kumasi.

Korle Bu patients are lying on the floor. There are no beds and no space. But the government has GHS 292.4 million for free sanitary pads. Nobody is against pads. But you cannot hand a girl a sanitary pad in the morning and let her mother die on a hospital floor at night. Priorities don't lie. Budgets don't lie. This government has money for optics and not for oxygen.

President Mahama must do the needful. The decision to hang the government's lack of foresight around the necks of cocoa farmers is abusive, insensitive, and outright cheating of farmers because this NDC government regards cocoa farmers as pushovers... The Catholic Bishops' Conference, in their holy neutrality, has advised the government, but it has failed to listen. An incorrigible party and government...plain and simple... Optics are essential. During his brother's first year in office, a sibling of the President purchased a $70 million customized private jet. I hope that cocoa farmers, whose per-bag price has been reduced by over GHS 1,000, will find hope in knowing that a compassionate NPP-Bawumia government will restore their losses.
