You always connect fathers and sons in athletics, and Jim Bulger was blessed with that in WVU QB Marc Bulger, but also guided his two "baby dolls", daughters Meg and Katie, into the WVU Hall of Fame. They now are remembering him in the days after he died. wvnews.com/bluegoldnews/r…
