🧵 RIP Dad ❤️ Sadly my father passed away. I managed to spend some time shaving and giving him some personal care not anticipating what would come. He was thankful and said he felt much better. The difficult part of his passing, it was around Father’s Day.

Chelsea have 3 truly creative players in the squad, Enzo, James and Palmer, we have two true goal scorers in the squad in Nkunku and Sterling, one is injured which isn’t our fault and one is largely inconsistent, unfortunately the way we’ve built the squad is perfect for the majority of teams to play against, there’s people to blame but it’s hardly Pochettino.

@MauricioPanini @Champ_Lion Wrong, use them for all back exercises and things like RDL's. Your grip is very likely going to be a limiting factor on most of these exercises instead of ur back/glutes/hamstrings etc. Just train your grip seperately.
