Tonton kepanikan pejabat saat upaya mengkambinghitamkan Ibam runtuh di sidang 👇🏼
Masukan netral Ibam, dipelintir pejabat jadi Chromebook, sambil bilang itu arahan Ibam.
Pejabat tersebut akui terima aliran dana, dan membocorkan spek Chromebook ke vendor pemenang.
Tapi dia bebas, tidak jadi tersangka sama sekali, sedangkan Ibam dituntut 15 tahun penjara, denda Rp16,9 miliar, dan tambahan 7,5 tahun penjara jika tidak bisa bayar.
Dan kami sudah pasti tidak bisa bayar, Rp16,9 miliar itu dari salah paham surat saham, dan hanya "patut diduga" tanpa adanya bukti aliran dana sama sekali.
Tapi kebenaran sudah terungkap lewat fakta-fakta di persidangan.
Dari semua kebenaran yang terungkap, perkara Chromebook untuk kasus Ibam ini sebenarnya sederhana.
Ibam sebagai konsultan, sudah netral, profesional, tanpa kewenangan, tanpa kuasa, namun dikambinghitamkan pejabat-pejabat yang terlibat dalam pengadaan.
Kita tentu berharap proses hukum berjalan secara adil, jernih, dan berdasarkan fakta yang terungkap di persidangan.
Namun tuntutan 22,5 tahun yang tidak masuk akal dan penuh ketidakadilan seperti menampar harapan kami tersebut. Kekuatiran kami terhadap adanya kriminalisasi terstruktur semakin dalam.
Kini harapan kami tertumpu pada teman-teman sekalian yang membaca pesan kami.
Tolong, suarakan ketidakadilan ini.
Kepada Presiden Prabowo, kepada Komisi III DPR, kepada siapapun yang kita tahu punya kepedulian dan kemampuan menyediakan perlindungan hukum dari kriminalisasi.
Sembilan hari menuju putusan. Kita masih bisa jadikan perkara ini preseden baik bagi semua profesional yang ingin berbakti bagi negara dengan keahlian mereka.
Bahwa tetap bisa ada perlindungan hukum dari kriminalisasi bagi seluruh pekerja pengetahuan yang ingin bantu Indonesia.

• 𝐒𝐞́𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 destinés à broyer sa dignité d'homme et de médecin.
• 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞, sans l'ombre d'un juge, d'un avocat ou d'une accusation.
Son crime ? 𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞́. Son crime était de rester debout au milieu des ruines, de recoudre les corps déchiquetés par la mitraille et d'opposer la vie à la fureur génocidaire.
Aujourd'hui, les architectes de cette barbarie détiennent encore sa dépouille. Pas d'enquête, pas de comptes rendus, juste le mépris souverain des bourreaux. Alors que les médias se taisent, complices par leur mutisme, la vérité brute doit être hurlée : on ne torture pas à mort un chirurgien par erreur. C'est un acte délibéré visant à décapiter l'élite morale et médicale de Gaza.
Adnan al-Bursh n'est pas une victime collatérale. Il est le symbole d'un génocide qui s'attaque aux guérisseurs pour mieux achever les blessés.
Le public a le droit de savoir. Le devoir des médias est de rendre compte. Pourtant, ce cas horrible est passé sous silence.
Il est temps de nommer le cancer qui ronge ce monde : ce fascisme moderne qui assassine en toute impunité. Que le nom d'Adnan al-Bursh hante les nuits de ses tortionnaires. Que sa mémoire soit le rappel constant de notre devoir de révolte.

Guards at Israel’s notorious Sde Teiman torture camp have admitted their colleagues use dogs to rape Palestinian captives there, according to a prominent Israeli analyst.
Shaiel Ben-Ephraim, a geopolitical expert who opposes Israel’s genocide in Gaza, said he spoke to two guards from the facility about the gruesome form of torture “on more than one occasion”.
“Some have said that claims that Israel uses dogs to sexually abuse prisoners are antisemitic blood libels,” Ben-Ephraim wrote on X on Friday. “Unfortunately, there is a good deal of evidence.”
Of the two guards he spoke to, “one had seen this happen and said it was too awful to talk about. The other said that he had heard about it from others and believed it was true. This happened. This is happening still. The evidence is too overwhelming.”
He highlighted several cases reported by human rights groups and media outlets.
They include a man who spoke to the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR). “We were stripped completely. Soldiers brought dogs that climbed on us and urinated on me,” he said. “Then one of the dogs raped me… I suffered a severe psychological breakdown and deep humiliation.”
“They know once they rape someone with a dog or with a stick that these people won’t be able to carry out their jobs or live their lives normally,” Basel Alsourani, international advocacy officer at PCHR, told Novara Media last year. “It’s part of their genocidal intention to destroy [Palestinians].”
Sde Teiman gained global notoriety last year after footage was leaked of soldiers gang-raping a captive there in 2024.
