At the time of this release, investigators have not yet identified the deceased and the County Coroner’s office responded to assist with the investigation. The contributing factors to the collision are currently unknown.

Menifee, CA — On Sunday December 7, 2025, at approximately 12:26 a.m. officers from the Menifee Police Department responded to the area of Lindenberger Rd and Scott Rd in reference to a witness calling and reporting a vehicle crashing into a streetlight pole and catching on fire.

PRESS RELEASE - MAJOR INJURY TRAFFIC CRASH Menifee, CA — The Menifee Police Department is investigating a traffic collision that occurred on December 1, 2025, at approximately 9:36 p.m. near the intersection of Murrieta Road and Murphy Ranch Road.

Preliminary findings indicate the pocket bike was traveling on the wrong side of the roadway at the time of the collision with the Subaru. Drugs and/or alcohol are not believed to be contributing factors in the crash.
