At approximately 11:30 a.m., MIPD responded to a 911 caller who stated they had just been robbed at gunpoint near the Mercer Island Thrift Store. No one was injured and the suspect fled. Detectives are following several leads in this ongoing investigation.

Police and Fire are currently responding to a three-vehicle collision in the 4600 block of Island Crest Way. All NB traffic on Island Crest Way is currently stopped while Police and Fire attend to the occupants of the vehicles. Tows have been requested.

UPDATE: On the EB I-90 off-ramp to I-405 in #Bellevue, the collision is still partially blocking the ramp. Police, Fire, and the Incident Response Team are on scene.
This could take a while, so expect long delays and drive with caution.
