Sin begets sin. Be careful out there. 🙏 God uses situations and people to draw His people back to Him: to repent, realign our hearts, restore reverence and obedience, and renew our first love for Him. Seek Him first in prayer and His Word…always.

Good Morning, Please join me for a scripture break. Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Last week, I saw a news story reporting Pope Leo XIV met with Obama’s strategist David Axelrod in the Vatican. There were no other pertinent details available - what was discussed, why they met, etc. It's reasonable to deduce something is afoot - let’s just say it’s not a good sign.  I realize I am making some assumptions here but in the world today that isn't such a stretch, wouldn’t you agree? And then I think of the numerous Gen Z men and women converting to Catholicism - my heart sinks.  Why?  I don’t want them to become disillusioned with any inappropriate behavior by Church leaders betraying the foundational teachings of Christ - because the wayward Church leaders' viewpoints are politically expedient for them. I highly recommend to all Christians that you do not abandon the teachings of the Word of God because of a Church leader’s sinful choices. God never abandons His promises or His people. God will never ask you to do anything that violates the Word of God - you can bank on that. Please read the verse again. If any Church leaders betray the Word of God, you have this promise - “in ALL things God works for the good of those who love him…”. Stay faithful to what you've been taught in the past and continue to TRUST God implicitly. However, it is condition of this promise people frequently gloss over - “…(those) who have been called according to his purpose.”  It’s imperative for us to discern His purpose for our lives.  We touched on this in Friday’s scripture break. Operating in His Will, obeying His Commandments (John 14:15) - rejecting the “wiles of the Devil" (Ephesian 6:11) will go a long way to positioning yourself in accordance with His Will. So no matter who advocates for you to abandon the teachings of the Word for whatever reason, Gal 6:9 encourages us "not to grow weary in doing good, promising that in due time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Never give up on the Word of God - our anchor. "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13) Pray God fills you with joy (Nehemiah 8:10) and peace; that you implicitly trust Him, and that you may have abundant hope by the “power of the Holy Spirit.” Hope is a powerful weapon of the Christian believer. It’s generally accepted the biblical definition of hope is “the sure and confident expectation of receiving what God has promised us in the future” - by the power of the Holy Spirit. Sometimes we really don’t comprehend the God we serve and how powerful He is.  Well, with that promise of (Romans 15:13) -  the fear of evil plotting is eviscerated. God is in control never forget that. When something happens in this crazy world, RUN to the Word of God. There is no problem too big for Him. Peace and be prepared.

We are facing another Holocaust in the present hour, as hostility toward Jewish people increases across the globe. In such a time, it is imperative not to amplify or follow those who promote hatred, but rather to stand firmly against it and refuse to give it a platform on social media.
Ambassador Mike Huckabee@USAmbIsrael

As Yom HaShoah begins this evening, we remember the six million Jewish men, women, and children murdered by the Nazis in the Holocaust, the systematic attempt to annihilate the Jewish people from the face of the earth.
