@charlotteukcity @jomob72 Agree with that. It’s motivation to get going with exercise once doing it and in the habit it’s second nature and the aspired glow comes back 😂

@thedoj Me too. Don’t understand why retailers don’t do more. Have a refill isle. Packaging free, just big hoppers we take our reusable containers and refill from, cereals, washing powders, sugar, eggs, tablets, flour,’rices etc. So much opportunity to avoid packaging and need to recycle
