For the last few years, affordability is the word on everyone’s mind—so a 24% tax increase, with a litany of additional fees on top, is simply unconscionable. I will ALWAYS fight for fiscal sanity in the City of Hoboken.

As we navigate major changes in the City of Hoboken, I am incredibly grateful for each resident who makes their voice heard. So THANK YOU to the many neighbors who attended our first Around the Ward meeting last night—it was great to see you and share ideas!

Now that spring has sprung, I’m very excited to catch up with all of you at our town hall! Open invitation to all Hoboken residents—although we will be focusing primarily on issues in the Third Ward, they affect all of us. Look for the sign outside to direct you where to go!

Hoboken is a place that people from all walks of life call home. Our safety and security must always be the first priority, and today our community is grateful that tragedy was averted because of the heroism of those who protect and serve us.

In this fraught time, seeing law enforcement entities work together for the safety of our residents provides a very particular light of hope in our community.

Last night, we learned that a Hoboken resident was arrested during an FBI raid on Willow Terrace. Today, we further discovered that this resident was charged with the possession/making of Molotov cocktails in what appears to have been an assassination plot.
