Publicly accessible areas (e.g., lobbies, retail floors, waiting rooms, customer areas, parking lots open to the public): ICE agents can enter without any warrant or permission. Anyone, including ICE, can access these spaces just like the general public. They can question people, observe, or conduct limited activities there without a warrant.

There's a good chance illegal break-ins like this are going to lead to a gun owner lawfully defending their property, and the regime using the incident as justification to come after everyone's guns. In fact, it seems to be what Stephen Miller wants.

I’m relieved to be cancer-free, and I want to share my experience to help raise awareness for you and the people you care about. It started as a small, pearl-colored, dome-shaped lesion on my nose. After a biopsy, it came back positive for BCC. Fortunately, BCC is a very common and typically slow-growing form of skin cancer. My dermatologist removed it using Mohs surgery, a precise technique that ensures all cancerous tissue is eliminated. Following the surgery, a plastic surgeon reconstructed part of my nose using cartilage from behind my ear and a local skin flap to restore the area. Like many people, there were plenty of moments in my life when I spent time in the sun without sunscreen. That was a mistake. Consistently using SPF 30 or higher and getting regular skin checks can go a long way in preventing this. Working from home today, catching up on Landman, watching the 2027 Super Bowl Champion NY Giants play the Washington Commanders, and hanging with my awesome wife. Please encourage your friends and family to wear sunscreen and see a dermatologist regularly. Early detection matters. 🙏

I did indeed have a heated conversation with Speaker Johnson on the House floor after I voted yes to censure my colleague. I called Speaker Johnson out on his and his party's hypocrisy and reminded him of the many instances in which Republicans have blatantly broken the rules of conduct without consequence. He told me if he punished each instance, he'd have to censure half the House. I suggested he do just that. Rules are rules.
