Here, they used electrostatic layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly to screen 10 surface chemistries for their ability to target ovarian cancer in vitro. Their results confirmed LbL is a powerful tool to engineer biomedical relevant surface chemistries & achieve specific targeting.
