It's been a fantastic 28 years filled with lots of memories, great fans, teammates and coaches

@MidlandExplorer very sad news indeed, probably the classiest team we have ever seen.

Both teams can also be found in action at the Annual Tournament at Currie Stadium in honor of Lefty and Lee

There will also be an Explorers Masters Team that will play in the ISC Legends and ASA

The Junior Explorers will be back to defend their 2013 ISC U21 Championship and a few other tournaments

It saddens me that this has to be announced..but there will not be a 2014 Midland Explorers ISC/Men's Major Team..it's been 28 great years
