Dissapointing @brewdog advent calendar beer today... can is a bit battered, but at least its fully intact and sealed shut.... sadly though it feels only about 30% full. It hasn't leaked or anything, but I think it may have had a battle with the filling/canning machine & lost.

Some pretty #goatashlogs being made, ready to be brushed with ash. They seem pretty content little beasties at the moment, but give them time, they will start asking for music to be played to them.

This is a miniature #goatashlog, don't ask....I decided to cut it open to sample it. Wow. Not bad and it slices beautifully. Not often I cut these as they are made to order in tight quantities, never any spare.

Salt is added to cheese to halt acidity development, enhance flavour & a preservative. You can salt direct in the vat, dry salt cheese after made or brine like us. Thank you to everyone for their likes, RTs, conversations much appreciated, have a great weekend & see you Monday!
