If managers want more loyalty from players then investing a small amount of time to check in away from the game would go far IMO. Don’t let your big budget drive ego it will make you lazy and result in a lazy team. A teams work rate holds clues.

There seems to be some serious money being thrown around at Step 4 and 5 clubs in particular in and around Bedfordshire. Is this the case in other areas? Obscene money in some cases for the standard of football and can not be sustainable for some clubs. Oh to be a player now🤪
