PAY ATTENTION, check on your spouses, boyfriends, and girlfriends. If somebody’s sleeping all day, distancing themselves, you notice a lack of interest in everything, they’re barely eating, barely sleeping, they’ve got that “it is what it is” mindset all the time, there’s something wrong.
Depression is REAL, anxiety is too. You never know what a person could be going through or feeling...
Check up on them.

Ever have someone put you through such a traumatic experience and all you’re left with is a shitty life lesson, $3-4k down the drain and everlasting memories. I gave my knowledge and time to help their career, promoted their works, did everything I could’ve for their health and safety. Albeit it left with crumbs but ultimately just feeling used.
I should’ve just listened to my gut, all I wanna have is peace of mind now.
