Year 10 GCSE recreating gaseous exchange by travelling the pathway of oxygen. This has followed a theory lesson, great for S's to visualise!

@iPEteacher then combined it with another unit on fitness testing and got them to compare a drink V water...

@iPEteacher yeah done something similar- started with an investigation as to what's actually in the drinks...

@MISSCPE get them to lie on there stomach and they have to jump up to receive the ball... gets them low and moving! Tiring and fun!

@iPEteacher for hydration..buy lots of sports drinks do an experiment... see which is best-fitness tests etc bit more active and they enjoy!
