HWY101: helicopter Patrol 1 has confirmed this is smoke from the Tantallon fire. Sounds like there is quite a bit of smoke across the HWY but all indications are that it is not a new fire. Use caution if driving between Sackville and Mt Uniacke on HWY101 #HFXTraffic

@eddie_crispo @DaveBoyce @WalmartCanada Except you can stop selling things that are not allowed to be used in any part of the province. Having them on display at the front of the store is more the issue though, go ahead and sell the if you want but it should not scream at people when they walk into the store!

@DaveBoyce @WalmartCanada You can’t just stop selling every item in the world that can start fires. It’s sad and tragic what’s happening but it happens all over the world every day for as long as we’ve been alive and always will.

Here is the latest version of the map. The red line indicates what was officially put out by HRM as the evacuation border (believed to be inaccurate). The grey shaded areas represent updated evacuation areas based off the alerts that were issued.
