All of the Justices seem very skeptical about this birthright citizenship case. Quite frankly, it’s the dumbest case to ever reach the Supreme Court. Every last one of us would have to go if it ever got stuck down, and it would still mandate a Constitutional amendment 🤦🏿♂️

I think the point Ketanji Brown Jackson was making here is that laws attach if you are in a nation’s territorial bounds. So if a nations Constitution says you have a birthright by virtue of being there when you are born, why should the law be suspended?

A Louisiana district judge said this 2 years ago. They should have been raised Constitutional challenges to those laws. I definitely will as Governor, but this is a good start.

I see folks are digging that deposition of the Orlando cop. You know, I did the same thing to a secret service agent for the Trump administration named Jon Troemper. It was worse than that deposition because it was in front of a jury. He damn near jumped out of the witness stand.

For my democrats, I will do a video just for you guys. I have a friend who is a judge, and we talk about this often. There is just NO understanding as to why I voted for Trump. After you learn what corrupt democrats in Florida did to me, it will be clear why I changed.

You know why? Because I have a wife and 3 kids and tickets were $50 a piece. Try reading the actual filings I sent to them and you will know what the money was spent on.

All of them? First of all, most of my campaign has been self-funded. Second, my campaign distributions are not to me. Third, I never asked for your vote, and fourth, I don’t care about your “deep dive”. I can speak for anything anybody has questions about. I think I remember you too. I get at least 2 messages like this every week once my supporters find out I voted for Trump. While I do regret voting for Trump, I still wouldn’t have voted for Kamala. One thing is certain: I will UNITE people, whether they are unified in their support or disappointment of Moe.
