@coachcamjohnson We’re talking about the same levels. Yea they’re ready to produce but you’re still teaching and developing. You don’t think the coaching matters? Most the top level programs in AAU have high school coaches. You don’t think they’re helping develop kids in the summer?

@Mollerboy34 I think we have to differentiate the levels we are talking about. At the shoe circuit level the top level it’s more of a showcase. The kids come in ready to produce. And if not they will go find a kid that is. Does that sound like development ?

@coachcamjohnson If you are 15 or 16 and can help the 17s your automatically developing him. Also if your program isn’t developing ELITE level kids to go to the next level your the problem with AAU

@Mollerboy34 At the high level circuit level ??? If you are 15 and can help them win you will play 17s And what are you talking about ?? These kids are recruited by these top circuit teams for their ability to play RIGHT NOW. They are not trying to develop a project.

@Mollerboy34 You’re proving the opposite without realizing it. There hasn’t been a single-event bracket in the last 5 years with EYBL, UAA, 3SSB, and PRO16 all together but that’s by design, not because it doesn’t exist at a “best of the best” level.
