It was a Russian Kh-101 missile, fully intact, well-guided into children cancer hospital in Kyiv. Hundreds of Russians made it possible: technical maintenance, programming, launching. Several Western politician helped them: @POTUS, @Bundeskanzler, and others.

This higher-resolution image very clearly demonstrates that the missile that struck the hospital is a Russian Kh-101. I will delete my earlier Tweet that indicated it might have been a 9M278/9M279 ground-launched cruise missile.
