@phantom__h3art If only there was a Knight theory that integrated Dess into the story in a satisfying manner, without trying to shove her in as the big villain of the game with no evidence or motivation. Maybe a troubled, sickly father figure, whos motives keep Dess relevant to the plot.

@BiscuitCoreVA The goal of the chapter 3 dark world was to capture Undyne, not Toriel. Kris slashing the tires was a deliberate action to lure in the police. the Knight is going for people involved in the police (possibly the Dess investigation), thats why the next target was Asgore.

I feel like people don’t like Dess Knight because "motivation" but you could argue that with MOST knight candidates because the knight’s plans make absolutely no goddamn sense from the info we have
