For years, I, and many others on the Right, defended edgy and wildly offensive comedy, like mocking trans people and even joking about horrible things like domestic violence, the Holocaust, and AIDS. How can anyone on the Right really argue, in that context, that a comedian mocking a widow is somehow beyond the pale... without being totally hypocritical?
