We are excited to announce that @mtviewes has been recognized as a Level 5 School for Academic Growth in the state of Tennessee! This designation highlights our students' remarkable success in exceeding growth expectations, and we couldn't be more excited!

Thank you to author, Raul the Third, for coming to speak to 2nd Grade today! They also received one of his books. The books were donated by Southern Festival of Books and Humanities of Tennessee. We loved this opportunity to meet and listen to a published author. @MNPSLibraries

We celebrated our EL reading club students and their families on our last day of reading club for the year. All of these students have shown amazing growth in listening, reading, speaking and writing. Thank you to our reading club teachers for your hard work and dedication!

Tanger Outlets awarded @mtviewes with $1,250 to be used towards our Strive for 95. We want all students to have satisfactory attendance which means they come to school at least 95% of the time. These funds will be used to help plan and award attendance incentives. @MetroSchools

3rd grade participated in Hour of Code with community members from Amazon! Students had an introduction to computer science and built a virtual dance party by creating their own avatars, backgrounds and dance moves! #hourofcode #computerscience #amazon
