Mountbatten Isle of Wight and @MountbattenHamp are separate charities working in partnership to provide 24/7 inpatient and community domiciliary and palliative end-of-life care services to people across the Isle of Wight, Southampton City, and large parts of Hampshire, including rehabilitation and enablement services and psychological and bereavement support to patients and their families.
