@Vodacom I upgraded my account over a month ago. I was sent the wrong device and it still hasn’t been collected, over 8 hours of calls to customer support and I still haven’t had the device collected. This poor service is impacting my business.

It’s sad to say, but Uber has become unusable. Tried to book a short ride today (R56) and it circled through 12 drivers who all declined. Then the pop up, “UberX not available at this time”.
