Oyo CP Reveals Kidnappers Operated in Plain Sight: "People Saw Them Coming In, Nobody Reported" Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Abimbola Olugbenga, has disclosed that the hideout of the kidnappers terrorising parts of Ibadan is located within a residential premises in the Oluyole area. Speaking to newsmen at the scene, he lamented that residents saw the suspects coming and going but failed to report their activities to the authorities. According to the CP, victims of the kidnap syndicate revealed that they could hear happenings in the next compound but were unable to come out or call for help.
