@TonySayles1@Tesco Based on the time the order was picked and the time of collection, I’d highly doubt it - especially on a busy Saturday. It’s the principle of paying for a service, one I use to actively avoid going into store due to medical needs not needing to get a grip 🤦🏼♀️
When your click and collect @Tesco order (for midday!) has unavailable items which are plentiful on the shelves! Tesco are just tricking people to go in store in hope they’d spend more money! Will be looking elsewhere for next weeks shop!
@Tesco It was your Watford Extra store. Not really much else to say other than I paid for a service and still had to go in to get the items that were “unavailable”. I expect to be told it’s not a ploy to get customers through the doors and shelves miraculously replenished 🙄🤷🏼♀️

@marksandspencer after spending half an hr on the phone to the fraud team at my bank, I’ve been told you’ve charged me TWICE for the SAME transaction made 25/02/26 on a delayed capture! This is unacceptable! Please advise how I can get a refund as I did not authorise this! #Theft
@marksandspencer As suspected, no refund has been processed. I went into store yesterday and the manager fed me the same line but despite being guaranteed my money back, I have no refund! This has certainly put me off of shopping at @marksandspencer

@bigbluewolf_ Same here - spent half an hour on the phone to the fraud team at my bank in a panic to be told M&S delayed capture and then recharged for the transaction! Not happy at all about it.

@ArrivaUKBus Very frustrating as I’ve now had to pay a single £3 fare for him to get to college when I’ve already paid £99 for his ticket. That’s also on an assumption it’ll be fixed by the time he finishes at lunchtime so I’ll be £6 down 😡
@ArrivaUKBus your website advised to email your CS team but does not actually give the email address! How can I get a refund on a 4 weekly ticket due to strike action? Paid for 4 weeks but will only get 3 weeks use this month and still need to try and get my son to college 😡
Love how @verynetwork would rather I sent a £400 order back for a refund as THEY sent 1 item incorrectly than me returning the one item and them sending me the correct item 🤦🏼♀️They don’t want to do anything to avoid a full refund on an order I’m otherwise happy with🥴 #PoorService
Paid out almost £500 to fix my car as @TheRAC_UK explicitly advised what the issue was (after waiting 7hrs and then plugging my car into their computer, visually looking and based on the issue) only for the car to breakdown a week later with the same issue! Absolutely livid!
Is @eon_next customer log in down? Can’t get on the app or website and my log in details are correct! Weird error message which is now making me concerned about my data privacy…..
